2. Parks and Parkways—The committee will receive a presentation from Parks and Parkways regarding its role in Carnival. To Present: Michael Karam, Director, Department of Parks and Parkways

3. Louisiana SPCA – The committee will receive a presentation from the Louisiana SPCA regarding animals participating in or otherwise present at Carnival parades. To Present: Ana Zorrilla, Director, Louisiana SPCA

4. Department of Sanitation – The committee will receive a presentation from the Department of Sanitation regarding its role in Carnival. To Present: Matt Torri, Director, Department of Sanitation.

5. Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness – The committee will receive a presentation from the Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness regarding its role in Carnival. To Present: Collin M. Arnold, Director, Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness

6. Regional Transit Authority – The committee will receive a presentation from the Regional Transit Authority regarding the challenges it faces during Carnival. To Present: Michael Smith, Chief Safety & Emergency Management Officer, Regional Transit Authority
