M-24-164 - BY:  COUNCILMEMBER THOMAS (BY REQUEST) Brief: Authorizing the President of the Council to sign Amendment No. 3 to the contract between the City of New Orleans and Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. for emergency disaster street clearing and debris collection, processing, and disposal in for Zone 2.  M-24-164

M-24-165 - BY:  COUNCILMEMBER THOMAS (BY REQUEST) Brief: Authorizing the President of the Council to sign Amendment No. 3 to the contract between the City of New Orleans and Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. for emergency disaster street clearing and debris collection, processing, and disposal for Zone 3. M-24-165

8. MOTION NO. M-24-173 - BY: COUNCILMEMBER HARRIS (BY REQUEST) Brief: Authorizing the President of the Council to sign the contract between the City of New Orleans and U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Forest Service to accept a federal grant award of $8,000,000 to fund tree planting to restore the urban canopy consistent with the City's Reforestation Plan.

9. MOTION NO. M-24-174 - BY: COUNCILMEMBER THOMAS (BY REQUEST) Brief: Authorizing the President of the Council to sign Amendment No. 6 to the contract between the City of New Orleans and SP Plus Corporation to continue to provide curbside management and enforcement for parking related issues, including meter operations management services, through June 2, 2025.

10. MOTION NO. M-24-175 - BY: COUNCILMEMBER THOMAS (BY REQUEST) Brief: Authorizing the President of the Council to sign Amendment No. 7 to the contract between the City of New Orleans and Professional Accounting Management, LLC (PAM) to continue to provide curbside management and enforcement services, including parking ticket processing and vehicle booting services, through May 15, 2025, to increase ticket fees, to provide for a new booting pass-through fee and a 25% contingency fee on accounts placed in collections.
