This ordinance amends the 2020 Operating Budget of Expenditures, transferring $3,980,665 from within the General Fund to various departments to cover overages incurred during the year for 2020.  This is the FY 2020 Cleanup Ordinance.

5. Ordinance Cal. No. – 33,181 (Introduced 11/19/20) by Councilmember Brossett (By Request)

This ordinance amends the 2020 Capital Budget of $28,237,065 due to changes from the original budget ordinance de-appropriating $1,054,736 from various departments, and appropriating $29,291,801 to other various departments.

6. Ordinance Cal. No. – 33,182 (Introduced 11/19/20) by Councilmember Brossett (By Request)

This ordinance rolls forward all unexpended Capital Funds of $4,934,069 (Property Management $905,768; Public Works $4,028,301) into FY-2021 (except for those specified in this ordinance).
