2. Sewerage and Water Board Power Stabilization Plan
    
   1. Presentation – Entergy New Orleans/Sewerage and Water Board Working Group 
      The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans, Entergy New Orleans, LLC, and the Council’s utility advisors will discuss the details around the proposed transmission substation and frequency changers as well as the potential improvements to the Sewerage and Water Board’s operations. 
       
   2. Resolution – Frequency Changer Funding 
      The committee will consider a resolution expressing the Council’s commitment to appropriate the funds necessary to procure the frequency changers. 
       
3. Resolution – Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) Projects 
   The committee will consider a resolution to approve the issuance of a Sewerage Service Revenue Bond in an amount not to exceed two hundred seventy-five million dollars ($275,000,000).
