2. Approval of the minutes of the May 18, 2021 and June 22, 2021 Joint Public Works and Utility Committee Meetings

3. Discussion of Truck Route Designation– An ordinance to amend and reordain Sec. 154-1561. - Designation, to remove Felicity Street, between St. Charles Avenue and S. Claiborne Avenue as a truck route, and to add Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, between St. Charles Avenue and S. Claiborne Avenue as a truck route. 

4. Joint Infrastructure Recovery Roads (JIRR) Projects. Presentation and updates from the Department of Public Works/Roadwork on JIRR projects citywide.

5. Presentation and discussion of Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans’ (SWBNO) Quarterly Report. SWBNO will present on its May 14, 2021 Quarterly Report submitted pursuant to La. R.S. 33:4091.

6. Sewerage and Water Board External Escalation Process. SWBNO will present on and provide updates with respect to their process through which they receive, respond, and resolve customer complaints concerning infrastructure, billing, and/or customer service that initiated with District Council Offices.
