3. Hurricane Ida
   1. Presentation – Entergy New Orleans, LLC (“ENO”) 
      Entergy New Orleans will present on the events surrounding Hurricane Ida including storm preparations, the loss of transmission lines into New Orleans, the role of the New Orleans Power Station (NOPS), repairs to the transmission and distribution systems, and costs. 
       
   2. Motion M-21-343 – Hurricane Ida Review 
      The Council will consider a motion directing the Utility Advisors and the Council Utilities Regulatory Office to review ENO’s actions before, during, and in response to Hurricane Ida. 
       
   3. Resolutions R-21-344 and R-21-345 – Transmission Planning 
      The committee will consider two resolutions requesting that the Louisiana Public Service Commission, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and the North American Electric Reliability Corporation review Entergy Louisiana, LLC’s maintenance of the transmission system serving the City of New Orleans.
       
4. Motion M-21-342 – Management Audit Request for Qualifications and Proposals 
   In response to a request from Energy Future New Orleans, the committee will consider a motion authorizing Council staff to issue a request for qualifications and proposals for a consultant to conduct a management audit of ENO.

5. Motion M-21-341 – Utility Ownership Reform Report Request for Qualifications and Proposals 
   The committee will consider a motion authorizing Council staff to issue a request for qualifications and proposals for a consultant.
    
6. Resolution – Formula Rate Plan 
   The committee will consider a resolution directing ENO to delay the implementation of any new rates.
    
7. Resolution R-21-347 – RCPS Comment Deadline 
   The committee will consider a resolution to establish a comment period for parties to respond to ENO’s Initial Compliance Filing for 2022.
    
8. Resolution R-21-346 – Load Shed Prudence Investigation Report Deadline Extension 
   The committee will consider a resolution to extend the deadline for the Advisors’ final prudence investigation report to November 1, 2021.
