a.  Police Department – Special Rate of Pay for Police Officers (Senior, Corporal, Sergeant and Lieutenant Police Officers) 

6.  Ordinance Cal. No. 33,579 - (Introduced December 16, 2021) by Councilmember Moreno (By Request):

An Ordinance to amend and re-ordain Ordinance No. 28,549 M.C.S., entitled “An Ordinance Providing a Capital Budget for the Year 2021” in accordance with the provisions of Sections 3-117 and 4-206(1)(f) of the Home Rule Charter of the City of New Orleans; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:

Description: Rollover Capital Ordinance to rollover the 2021 Capital Budget, except for de-appropriations listings, which includes:  FEMA, Federal Aid, Miscellaneous Capital Funds, insurance, and bonds:  De-appropriation total $3,651,452 

7.  Continuation of discussion regarding Criminal Justice Budget Expenditures by the City of New Orleans.

8.  Executive Session:

Pursuant to Louisiana Revised Statute §§ 42:16 and 42:17A(2), the Budget/Audit/Board of Review Committee of the Council of the City of New Orleans may convene in Executive Session during its January 25, 2022 meeting for the purpose of discussing the following litigation:

1.  Lashawn Jones, et al versus Marlin Gusman, et al; Civil Action No. 12-859 Section I, Division 1, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Judge Lance M. Africk, Magistrate Judge North; and

2.  In re The Edward Wisner Donation, Case Numbers 2012-11469 and 2013-00107, Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans; and

3.  1031 Canal LLC v. Kristin Gisleson Palmer, et al; Case Number No. 2021-05667 Division F, Section 14, Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans.
