3. New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) Redevelopment Plans. Brief: A presentation on current NORA redevelopment projects to strategically leverage underutilized City-owned properties at 2312-14 Louisiana Avenue and 2600 South Broad Street for public benefit, creating a pipeline of properties for affordable housing, job creation, community development and equitable development. 4. Department of Public Works (DPW) Mobility & Safety, and Traffic Division Overview. 5. Downtown Development District (DDD) Comprehensive Strategy Update. Brief: A follow up presentation from the February 23, 2022, Quality of Life Committee Meeting on the DDD’s coordinated comprehensive strategy that aims to address blight, public realm enhancements, homeless outreach, public safety deployment, and leasing/ merchandising strategy.
