5.  Ordinance Cal. No’s. 33,859 and 33,860 (Introduced September 15, 2022) - By:  Councilmembers Giarrusso, Moreno, Green and Thomas (By Request) - These Ordinances amend Ordinance No’s. 28,862 M.C.S. and 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2022”; to appropriate funds (income from product testing) awarded by Dow AgroSciences (Corteva), these funds will be used for pesticides and equipment required for general operating to perform mosquito and rodent abatement; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  These Ordinances appropriate $75,000 from Miscellaneous Programs (Fund 6699) to the Mosquito Termite & Rodent Control Board (Fund 1155).

6.  Ordinance Cal. No’s. 33,861 and 33,862 (Introduced September 15, 2022) - By:  Councilmembers Giarrusso, Moreno, Green and Thomas (By Request) - These Ordinances amend Ordinance No’s. 28,862 M.C.S. and 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year of 2022”; to appropriate NORDC (New Orleans Recreational Development Commission) self-generating funds to be used for day-to-day operational expenses; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  These Ordinances appropriate $200,000 from Miscellaneous Programs (Fund 6699) to the New Orleans Recreation Development Commission (Fund 1144).

7.  Ordinance Cal. No. 33,863 (Introduced September 15, 2022)- By:  Councilmembers Giarrusso, Moreno, Green and Thomas (By Request) - This Ordinance amends Ordinance No. 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2022”; to appropriate funds to cover the increase in Secondary detail participation by Reserve Officers and civilians, in addition, OPSE has assumed the payments for barricade delivery/installation/pickup services which was not included in 2022 projections; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  This Ordinance appropriates $300,000 within the Office of Police Secondary Employment (Fund 1145) from Miscellaneous (Personal Services) to Other Operating.  

8.  Ordinance Cal. No. 33,879 (Introduced September 15, 2022) - By:  Councilmembers Giarrusso, Green, Moreno and Thomas (By Request) - This Ordinance amends Ordinance No. 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled” An Ordinance Providing a Capital Budget for the Year 2022”, to effect the following change to the 2022 Capital Budget: to de-appropriate funds from the Department of Public Works; to appropriate funds to the Department of Sanitation; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  This Ordinance de-appropriates and appropriates $1,900,000 from the Department of Public Works (2021 Bonds – 60046 Streets & Roads) to the Department of Sanitation (2021 Bonds – 6007 Public Facilities).

9.  Ordinance Cal. No. 33,880 (Introduced September 15, 2022) - By:   Councilmembers Giarrusso, Green, Moreno and Thomas (By Request) - This Ordinance amends Ordinance No. 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled” An Ordinance Providing a Capital Budget for the Year 2022”, to effect the following change to the 2022 Capital Budget: to de-appropriate funds from the Department of Public Works, the New Orleans Mosquito, Termite and Rodent Control Board, New Orleans Police Department, and the New Orleans Recreation Development Commission; to appropriate funds to the Department of Parks and Parkways, the Department of Property Management, the Department of Public Works, the New Orleans Fire Department, the New Orleans Recreation Development Commission, and the Chief Administrative Office; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  This Ordinance de-appropriates $274,898 from various departments, boards, and commissions, and appropriates $6,284,653 to other departments and commissions.

10.  Ordinance Cal. Nos. 33,881 and 33,882 (Introduced September 15, 2022) - By:   Councilmembers Giarrusso, Moreno, Green and Thomas (By Request) - These Ordinances amend Ordinance No’s. 28,862 M.C.S. and 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2022”; to appropriate federal funds awarded by the Department of Homeland Security to the New Orleans Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Preparedness (DHS-STC GRANT for FY 2022) to purchase radiological and nuclear detection equipment for the region and to pay salaries to the employees working the grant; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  These Ordinances appropriate $950,000 from Miscellaneous Programs/Fund Transfers (Fund 6699) to the Department of Homeland Security – The Office of the Mayor (Fund 4136 – Personal Services $584,380 and Other Operating $365,620).

11.  Ordinance Cal. No’s. 33,883 and 33,884 (Introduced September 15, 2022) - By:  Councilmembers Giarrusso, Green and Thomas (By Request) - These Ordinances amend Ordinance No’s. 28,862 M.C.S. and 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2022”; to appropriate funds from Gentilly Development District to purchase eight crime cameras and Cox Communications, Inc. connectivity for their district for FY2022; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  These Ordinances appropriate $50,000 from Miscellaneous Programs/Fund Transfers (Fund 6699) to The Office of the Mayor (Fund 1000 - Other Operating).

12.  Ordinance Cal. No’s. 33,887 and 33,888 (Introduced September 15, 2022) - By:   Councilmembers Giarrusso, Moreno, Green and Thomas (By Request) - These Ordinances amend Ordinance No’s. 28,862 M.C.S. and 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2022”; to appropriate funds provided by the Legislature of the State of Louisiana through Act 119 for NORDC and the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice Coordination for the Evening Reporting Center; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  These Ordinances appropriate $500,000 from Miscellaneous Programs (Fund 6699) to The Office of the Mayor $301,114 (Fund 1000 – Other Operating), and Miscellaneous Programs $198,886 (Other Operating).

13.  Ordinance Cal. No’s. 33,889 and 33,890 (Introduced September 15, 2022) - By:  Councilmembers Giarrusso, Moreno, Green and Thomas (By Request) - These Ordinances amend Ordinance No’s. 28,862 M.C.S. and 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget for Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2022”; to appropriate grant funds from U.S.  Department of Labor to the Office of Workforce Development, which will be used to assist job seekers and employers in Orleans by providing career and training services; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  These Ordinances appropriate $231,552 from Miscellaneous Programs (Fund 6699) to the Louisiana Department of Labor (Fund 4130 – Miscellaneous Programs) Workforce Investment (Other Operating). 

14.  Ordinance Cal. No’s. 33,891 and 33,892 (Introduced September 15, 2022) - By:  Councilmembers Giarrusso, Moreno, Green and Thomas (By Request) - These Ordinances amend Ordinance No’s. 28,862 M.C.S. and 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2022”; to appropriate Federal funds awarded by the FY21 Assistance to Firefighters Grant to the New Orleans Fire Department; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  These Ordinances appropriate $379,600 from Miscellaneous Programs (Fund 6699) to the Department of Fire - Federal Department of Emergency Management Grant (Fund 4115 – Other Operating).

15.  Ordinance Cal. No. 33,899 (Introduced September 15, 2022) - By:   Councilmembers Giarrusso, Moreno, Green and Thomas (By Request) - This Ordinance amends Ordinance No. 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled” An Ordinance providing an Operating Budget of Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2022,” to reduce the 2022 General Fund appropriation to the Department of Police and increase the appropriation to the Department of Sanitation in order to fund additional Sanitation expenses in 2022; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  This Ordinance reduces $2,500,000 in the 2022 General Fund:  Decreasing $2,500,000 in the Department of Police (Fund 1000 - Personal Services) and increasing $2,500,000 in the Department of Sanitation (Fund 1000 - Other Operating).

16.  Ordinance Cal. No's. 33,914 and 33,915 (Introduced October 6, 2022) - By:   Councilmembers Giarrusso, Moreno, Green and Thomas (By Request) - These Ordinances amend Ordinance No's. 28,862 M.C.S. and 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for Year 2022”; to appropriate federal grant funds to the Mayor’s Office of Homeland Security to cover emergency costs during the aftermath of Hurricane Zeta; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  These Ordinances appropriate $191,704 from FUND 6699 (Miscellaneous Programs) to FUND 4115 (The Mayor) in Other Operating.

17.  Ordinance Cal. No's. 33,916 and 33,917 (Introduced October 6, 2022) - By: Councilmembers Giarrusso, Moreno, Green and Thomas (By Request) - These Ordinances amend Ordinance No's. 28,862 M.C.S. and 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of  Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for Year 2022”; to appropriate federal grant funds to the Mayor’s Office of Homeland Security to cover emergency costs during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  These Ordinances appropriate $187,145 from FUND 6699 (Miscellaneous Programs) to FUND 4115 (The Mayor) in Other Operating.

18.  Ordinance Cal. No's. 33,918 and 33,919 (Introduced October 6, 2022) - By:   Councilmembers Giarrusso, Moreno, Green and Thomas (By Request) - These Ordinances amend Ordinance No's. 28,862 M.C.S. and 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for Year 2022”; to appropriate federal grant funds awarded by FEMA to the Mayor’s Office of Homeland Security to cover emergency costs during the aftermath of Tropical Storm Nate; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  These Ordinances appropriate $62,490 from FUND 6699 (Miscellaneous Programs) to FUND 4115 (The Mayor) in Other Operating.  

19.  Ordinance Cal. No's.  33,920 and 33,921 (Introduced October 6, 2022) - By:   Councilmembers Giarrusso, Moreno, Green and Thomas (By Request) - These Ordinances amend Ordinance No's. 28,862 M.C.S. and 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for Year 2022”; to appropriate federal grant funds to the Mayor’s Office of Homeland Security to cover emergency costs during the aftermath of Hurricane Sally; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  These Ordinances appropriate $423,811 from FUND 6699 (Miscellaneous Programs) to FUND 4115 (The Mayor) in Other Operating.

20.  Ordinance Cal. No's. 33,922 and 33,923 (Introduced October 6, 2022) - By:   Councilmembers Giarrusso, Moreno, Green and Thomas (By Request) - These Ordinances amend Ordinance No's. 28,862 M.C.S. and 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for Year 2022”, to appropriate federal grant funds to the Mayor’s Office of Homeland Security to cover emergency costs during the aftermath of Hurricane Sally; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  These Ordinances appropriate $23,545 from FUND 6699 (Miscellaneous Programs) to FUND 4115 (The Mayor) in Other Operating.

21.  Ordinance Cal. No's. 33,924 and 33,925 (Introduced October 6, 2022) - By:   Councilmembers Giarrusso, Moreno, Green and Thomas (By Request) - These Ordinances amend Ordinance No's. 28,862 M.C.S. and 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2022”; to appropriate private funds awarded by the United States Conference of Mayors Reform and Justice Grant Program to fund the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion initiative, in partnership with the City of New Orleans for individuals who cycle in and out of the criminal legal system; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  These Ordinances appropriate $175,000 from FUND 6699 (Miscellaneous Programs) to FUND 4900 (Department of Health) in Other Operating.

22.  Ordinance Cal. No. 33,926 (Introduced October 6, 2022) - By:   Councilmembers Giarrusso, Moreno, Green and Thomas (By Request) - This Ordinance amends Ordinance No. 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2022”; to transfer NORDC Aquatics wage reserves to maintenance to assist with facility maintenance costs; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  This Ordinance transfers $471,192 within FUND 1000 (Miscellaneous Programs) Personal Services to Other Operating.

23.  Ordinance Cal. No. 33,927 (Introduced October 6, 2022) - By:   Councilmembers Giarrusso, Moreno, Green and Thomas (By Request) - This Ordinance amends Ordinance No. 28,862 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues for the City of New Orleans for Year 2022”; to appropriate federal funds awarded by the Department of Homeland Security to the New Orleans Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Preparedness (DHS-STC GRANT for FY 2020 (roll over) funds) to purchase radiological and nuclear detection equipment for the region and to pay salaries to the employees working the grant; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  This Ordinance appropriates $1,017 from FUND 6699 (Intergovernmental Revenues) to FUND 4136 (Federal Grants).

24.  Ordinance Cal. No's. 33,928 and 33,929 (Introduced October 6, 2022) - By:   Councilmembers Giarrusso, Moreno, Green and Thomas (By Request) - These Ordinances amend Ordinance No's. 28,862 M.C.S. and 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for Year 2022”; to appropriate federal grant funds to the Office of Community Development to provide funding for the affordable housing financial gap for rental projects, eviction prevention, and utility assistance; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  These Ordinances appropriate $24,046,105 from FUND 6699 (Miscellaneous Programs) to FUND 4150 (Office of Community Development) in Personal Services $3,606,916 and Other Operating $20,439,189.

No. 33,930 (Introduced October 6, 2022) - By: Councilmembers Giarrusso, Moreno, Green and Thomas (By Request) - This Ordinance amends Ordinance No. 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2022”; to transfer Mosquito, Termite, & Rodent Control Board wages to other operating; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  This Ordinance transfers $40,000 within FUND 1000 (Mosquito, Termite & Rodent Control Board) Personal Services to Other Operating.

27.  Ordinance Cal. No. 33,933 (Introduced October 6, 2022) - By: Councilmembers Giarrusso, Moreno, Green and Thomas (By Request) - This Ordinance amends Ordinance No. 28,863 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2022”; to appropriate funds within the French Quarter Improvement Operating Budget Fund to the Mayor’s Office of Public Safety Support Services to provide necessary equipment for direct network connections to the Real Time Crime Center from crime cameras being installed within the French Quarter as part of the French Quarter Economic Development District’s public safety initiatives; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto:  Description:  This Ordinance appropriates $56,714 within FUND 5109 (Department of Public Works) in Other Operating to the Office of the Mayor in Other Operating.
