2. Approval of the Minutes 
   October 26, 2022 Utility, Cable, Telecommunications and Technology Committee.
    
3. Ordinance Cal No. 33937 - SWBNO Billing Ordinance 
   The committee will consider an ordinance establishing SWBNO billing policies and appeal procedures and an amendment to the ordinance.
    
4. Presentation - Wireless Infrastructure Permitting 
   City departments and commissions will present on the approval process for wireless infrastructure permits known as small cell permits.
    
5. Presentation – Entergy New Orleans (ENO) Service Disconnects 
   ENO will present on the procedures, policies, and regulations governing when a customer’s electric and gas utility service is disconnected.
    
6. Resolution – Energy Smart Implementation Plan (UD-20-02) 
   The committee will consider a resolution approving the Energy Smart Implementation Plan for Program Years 13 and 14.
    
7. Resolution – RCPS Compliance Plan (UD-19-01) 
   The committee will consider a resolution granting modified approval of ENO’s RCPS Compliance Plan.
    
8. Motions – Utility Regulatory Contracts 
   The committee will consider motions appointing the following as legal and technical advisors as well as an administrative hearing officer for utility regulatory matters.

b. Technical Advisors
c. Administrative Hearing Officers
