2. Presentation – Clean Fleet and City Vehicles Update 
   In accordance with §2-904 of the Code of Ordinances, the chief administrative officer or his representative will present an update of the fuel efficiency of the city vehicles.
    
3. Resolution – RCPS Compliance Plan (UD-19-01) 
   The committee will consider a resolution granting modified approval of ENO’s RCPS Compliance Plan. 
    
4. Executive Session 
   Executive session conducted pursuant to Louisiana Revised Statute §§ 42:16 and 42:17(A)(2) to discuss the following litigation:​

a. In re Metro Service Group, Case No. 2:22-bk-11197, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Judge Meredith S. Grabill
b. Hignell-Stark, et al. v. City of New Orleans, Case No. 2:19-cv-13773, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Judge Ivan L.R. Lemelle
