      SWBNO will present their 2021 Annual Report submitted to Chair Thomas March 1, 2023. 
       
   2. Presentation – 2022 4^th Quarter Report 
      SWBNO will present their 2022 4th Quarter Report submitted to Chair Thomas March 1, 2023.
       
4. Presentation – Billing Ordinance Implementation 
   SWBNO will provide an update on policy changes made to comply with Ordinance No. 29278 M.C.S., which revised SWBNO billing policies and established the Council as the appellate body for SWBNO administrative hearings. 
    
5. Discussion – SWBNO Judgements and Enforcement 
   SWBNO will explain its procedures and timelines to enforce the judgements of administrative hearings.
