This Ordinance amends and re-ordain Ordinance No. 29,272 M.C.S., entitled “An Ordinance Providing a Capital Budget for the Year 2023”, to de-appropriate funds from the Chief Administrative Office, the Department of Human Services, the Department of Property Management, the Department of Public Works, the New Orleans Fire Department, the New Orleans Health Department, the New Orleans Police Department, the New Orleans Public Library, and the New Orleans Recreation Development Commission; to appropriate funds to the Chief Administrative Office, the Department of Parks and Parkways, the Department of Property Management, the Department of Public Works, and the New Orleans Recreation Development Commission.
