3. Presentation - New Orleans Youth Survey; Education Research Alliance for New Orleans presenting; Jamie Carroll Senior Research Fellow Education Research Alliance of New Orleans.
4. Motion – A motion adding as a signatory and authorizing the President of the City Council to execute the Purchase Agreement between the City of New Orleans and ZOLL Medical for the purchase of ZOLL products for a period of three years and $222,000 total compensation. 
5. Motion – A motion adding as a signatory and authorizing the President of the City Council to execute the Pricing Agreement for intraosseous needles and power driver emergency vascular access products for a period of five years and $1,000,000 total compensation.
6. Ordinance Calendar No. 34,188 – An Ordinance to ordain section 10-107 of the Code of the City of New Orleans to establish a temporary alcoholic beverage permit; to amend and reordain section 10-132 to establish a procedure for the issuance of a temporary renewal permit pending appeal of denial of renewal application to alcoholic beverage control board; and any amendments thereto.
