4. Consider whether to recommend approval and execution of contracts in accordance with Council Rule 57:
a. Agreement between the City and Resuscitation Quality Improvement Partners, LLC to provide New Orleans Emergency Medical Services training in evidence-based education for basic and advanced life support in resuscitation science and education, for a period of two years with the total compensation being $150,444.00.
b. Agreement between the City and HTC Enterprises LA, LLC, DBA Homestead Title to provide the Office of Code Enforcement title abstracts and attorney title opinions for procedural due process in administrative hearings, for period of one year with the total compensation not to exceed $2,500,000.00.
