Discussion/Vote regarding Motion No. M-23-495 – By: Councilmember Thomas (By Request) Brief: A Motion authorizing the Mayor of the City of New Orleans to execute a Data Use Agreement between the City of New Orleans and the Administrators of the Tulane Educational Fund, granting access of de-identified NOPD crime data (for fatal and non-fatal shootings) to Tulane University's Violence Prevention Institute to support research-based violence reduction efforts.
