3. Discussion regarding Richard’s Disposal, Inc. response to City’s Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 3185 Curbside Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials Collection for Service Area 1 – Presenters Daniel Davillier and Alvin Richard, Jr., Richard’s Disposal Inc.

4. Discussion and Vote – M-23-496 By: Councilmember King (By Request). A Motion adding the president of the City Council as a signatory to, and authorizing the president to sign the professional services agreement between the City of New Orleans and Richard’s Disposal, Inc. for solid waste and recyclable collection services for Area 4.

5. Discussion and Vote – M-23-483 By: Councilmember Green (By Request). A Motion adding the president of the City Council as a signatory to, and authorizing the president to sign the contract between the City of New Orleans, through the Mosquito, Termite, & Rodent Control Board, and BASF Corporation for consultant and product testing services.
