4. Executive Session – Pursuant to La. Rev. Stat. §§ 42:16 AND 42:17(A)(2), the Criminal Justice Committee of the Council of the City of New Orleans may convene in executive session during its December 12, 2023 meeting for the purpose of discussing the following prospective and current litigation:
Orleans Parish School Board v. The City of New Orleans and Norman White, in his official capacity as the Chief Financial Officer for the City of New Orleans CDC# 2019-5174, Judge D. Nicole Sheppard Div. “J” Section 15.
