   1. Motion M-24-300 - Continued Legal Representation
      The committee will consider a motion to extend the Davillier Law Group as the legal representative in the NOPD consent decree.

2. Motion M-24-299 - Continued Legal Representation 
   The committee will consider a motion to extend Phelps Dunbar as the legal representative in the OPSO consent decree.
    
3. Motion M-24-298 - Continued Legal Representation
   The committee will consider a motion to extend Sher Garner as the legal representative for traffic cameras.
    
4. Motion M-24-297 - Lease Approval 
   The committee will consider a motion to approve the lease of 4747 Earhart for use of the officer assistance program.

 

3. Presentation – Entergy New Orleans (“ENO”) Outage Report
   ENO will present on recent outages experienced across the City.
    
4. Presentation – Drainage Consolidation 
   The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO) and the Department of Public Works (“DPW”) will provide an update on drainage consolidation pursuant to Act 763.          
    
5. Presentation – New Orleans East Drainage Canals 
   SWBNO will report on the maintenance of the New Orleans East drainage canals.  
    
6. Presentation – Uptown Railroad Quiet Zone 
   ORS will present a report on railroad quiet zones located in Audubon and Uptown New Orleans.
