3. Ordinance Cal. No. 34,775 – Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO) Billing Ordinance
   The committee will consider an ordinance to modify SWBNO billing policies and the bill dispute process.
    
4. Ordinance – Uniti Fiber GulfCo, LLC Wireless Franchise Agreement 
   The committee will consider an ordinance to permit Uniti Fiber to install wireless facilities in the public right-of-way.
    
5. Motion M-24-334 – 22^nd Century Technologies Contract Extension 
   The Council will consider a motion authorizing a one-year extension to the professional services agreement with 22^nd Century Technologies. 
    
6. Presentation – August 6 Water and Electric Service Disruptions 

• Entergy New Orleans Presentation 
  Entergy New Orleans, LLC will present on the power outage, which occurred August 6, 2024, and impacted SWBNO and other customers across the city. 
• SWBNO Presentation 
  SWBNO will present on water service disruptions on August 6, 2024, and the resulting boil water advisory.
   

7. Presentation – Arrearage Management Program 
   Total Community Action will provide an update on the electric and gas arrearage management program.
    
8. Presentation – Water Service Line Program 
   SWBNO will present on the Lead and Copper Drinking Water Service Line Inventory, Removal, and Replacement Program.
