This Motion authorize the President of City Council to sign the signage agreement for Executive Plaza and the Mayor of the City of New Orleans to enter into an agreement with Executive Plaza to provide signage for the New Orleans Health Department WIC Program which provides services in the building. The cost of the contract is $2,400 ($100 per month) for a term of 2 years (09/01/2024 to expire accordingly).

This Motion authorize the President of the City Council to sign the WIC agreement for Office of Public Health Bureau of Nutrition Services and Mayor of the City of New Orleans to enter into an agreement to allow the New Orleans Health Department to provide WIC services. The maximum contract amount is $2,500,000 for a term of 3 years (07/01/2024 – 06/30/2027).

These Ordinances amend Ordinance Nos. 29735 M.C.S. and 29736 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2024”, to appropriate Federal Funds awarded by the Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") to the Office of Resilience and Sustainability for the Solid Waste Infrastructure Program; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
Description: These Ordinances transfer $3,982,000 from Intergovernmental Revenues (Fund 6699) to the Environmental Protection Agency/Office of the Mayor (Fund 4132) in Other Operating.

These Ordinances amend Ordinance Nos. 29735 M.C.S. and 29736 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2024”, to appropriate Federal Funds to the Office of Resilience and Sustainability for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant, the purpose of the grant is to create a city-wide educational and outreach campaign for low-to-moderate income households to upgrade their homes and reduce energy burden; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
Description: These Ordinances transfer $381,470 from Intergovernmental Revenues (Fund 6699) to the Federal Department of Energy/Office of the Mayor (Fund 4140) in Other Operating.

These Ordinances amend Ordinance Nos. 29735 M.C.S. and 29736 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2024”, to appropriate Federal Funds awarded by the United States Department of Agriculture to the Office of Resilience for the New Orleans Municipal & Community Partnership for Reducing Food Waste Grant, the purpose of the grant is to enter into cooperative agreements to develop and test strategies for planning and implementing municipal compost and food waste reduction plans; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
Description: These Ordinances transfer $398,500 from Intergovernmental Revenues (Fund 6699) to the Federal Department of Agriculture/Office of the Mayor (Fund 4143) in Other Operating.

These Ordinances amend Ordinance Nos. 29735 M.C.S. and 29736 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2024”, to appropriate unspent funds in FY 2023 to Mosquito Control Board to complete the purchase of the warehouse located at 5700 Hayne Boulevard; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
Description: These Ordinances transfer $315,000 from Intergovernmental Revenues (Fund 6699) to Termite Control/Mosquito Control Board (Fund 1155) in Other Operating.

Description: This Ordinance transfers $56,000 from the Office of Police Secondary Employment (Fund 1145) in Other Operating to Personal Services.

This Ordinance amend and re-ordain Ordinance No. 29737 M.C.S., entitled "An Ordinance Providing a Capital Budget for the Year 2024", to effect the following change to the 2024 Capital Budget: to de-appropriate funds from the Chief Administrative Office, the Department of Property Management, and the Department of Public Works; to appropriate funds to the Chief Administrative Office, the Department of Parks and Parkways, the Department of Property Management, the Department of Public Works, and the New Orleans Recreation Development Commission; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
Description: This Ordinance de-appropriates $18,422,887 (from the Chief Administrative Office, Dep. of Property Management and the Department of Public Works) and appropriates $80,210,380 (to the Chief Administrative Office, Department of Parks and Parkways, Department of Property Management and the Department of Public Works).

Description: This Ordinance laterally transfers $400,000 from the Federal Department of Health and Human Services (Fund 4145) in the Health Department from 100-Personal Services to Other Operating.
