Contract to consider for approval and execution per Council Rule 57: Agreement between the City and Greater New Orleans Development Foundation for funding to host career and training events to increase placement of students in partnership with the Mayor’s Office of Workforce Development and regional employers.  The City will receive $20,000 in federal funds, for a term of two years (04/01/24 – 3/31/2026).
4. Resolution No. R-24-394 – By: Cms. Morrell, Giarrusso, King and Thomas. Approving the following disbursement of the 2022 reserve subject to the availability of funds, pursuant to the lease agreement between the City and the Jazz Casino Company, LLC: OPSB. Office of Student Support & Attendance (Mahalia Site) - $1,210,826.44; OPSB Therapeutic Program - $1,210,826.44; Services for Court-Involved Youth - $1,210,826.44; Total Allocation - $3,632,479.32
