3. Presentations – Hurricane Francine Storm Response  
   Representatives from the following agencies will provide presentations in response to their work following Hurricane Francine.  

• Department of Parks and Parkways
• Entergy New Orleans (ENO)
• Together New Orleans (TNO)
• Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO)
   

4. Presentation – Equipment-Related Unplanned Outages 
   Representatives from ENO will present on recent unplanned outages caused by equipment failures.
    
5. Resolution - Customer Protections 
   The committee will consider a resolution to amend customer protections for electric and gas utility customers. (UD-23-02)
    
6. Resolution – Community Solar 
   The committee will consider a resolution that addresses outstanding issues related to the Community Solar Program. (UD-18-03)
    
7. Resolution – Idle Fees 
   The committee will consider a resolution to approve ENO’s application to charge idle fees on vehicles continuing to occupy electric vehicle charging stations in the public right-of-way after being fully charged.
    
8. Resolution – SWBNO Appeals 
   The committee will consider a resolution to approve the recommendations of the SWBNO Appeal Manager for Q2 2024.
    
9. Resolution – Energy Smart Program Year 15
   The committee will consider a resolution to approve Energy Smart Program Year 15.
