4. Update on Regional Transit Authority projects and the Opportunity Pass Program, RTA’s Free Fare Pilot Program – Lona Edwards Hankins, Chief Executive Officer of the RTA
5. Discussion and vote on Amendment No. 4 to the Requirements Contract between the City of New Orleans and IPL North America, Inc. for curbside recycling carts. The amendment extends the contract for one year, through May 31, 2025, and reaffirms the price per unit. – Matt Torri, Director of the Department of Sanitation.
6. Discussion and vote on Amendment No. 9 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of New Orleans and HNTB Corporation for professional engineering design, construction administration, and resident inspection services for public works projects on the Marconi Drive, Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Morrison Road I & II, and Morrison Road Bridges. The amendment extends the term one year, through November 22, 2025, increases fees an additional $1,049,821 for a new maximum compensation amount not to exceed $3,275,654. – Rick Hathaway, Director of the Department of Public Works.
7. Discussion and vote on Amendment No. 5 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of New Orleans and MB3, Inc. dba Civix for the staff augmentation plan for infrastructure projects. The amendment increases fees an additional $4,000,000 for a new maximum compensation amount not to exceed $11,000,000 – Representative from Department of Public Works
8. Discussion and vote on Motion No. M-24-535 authorizing the Council President to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of New Orleans and Materials Management Group for fuel station management and environmental consulting services. The amendment extends the term one year, through August 31, 2025, and increases the maximum amount payable to $8,000,000, not to exceed $3,500,000 under this amendment. – Kim Delarge, Assistant Chief Administrative Officer.
