4. MOTION NO. M-24-668 BY: COUNCILMEMBER MORRELL Directing the Chief Administrative Office and the Office of Information Technology and Innovation to ensure that the buildout of the electronic verification system, required by City Code Chapter 26 for use by short-term rental platforms to verify licensing information of short-term listings, is completed and available for use by short-term rental platforms on or before January 1, 2025.

5. CAL. NO. 34,868 BY:  COUNCILMEMBERS MORENO, THOMAS, HARRIS, KING AND GREEN (BY REQUEST) An Ordinance to adopt and ordain Article IV of Chapter 46 of the Code of the City of New Orleans to establish a municipal identification card program to allow residents of New Orleans to obtain government issued identifications; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
