4. Contracts for approval and execution per Council Rule 57
a. Amendment No. 2 to the professional services agreement between the City and Sasaki Associates, Inc. for continued development of the Master Plan for Lincoln Beach, to add tasks to the scope of work; extend the term one year through November 1, 2025; and increase by $1,530,000.00 the total maximum amount payable to $2,552,000.00.
b. Amendment No. 4 to bid contract between the City and Orleans Security, LLC, dba Force 1 Protection for continued armed and unarmed security services at Public Works Department facilities, to extend the term one year through April 3, 2026; and increase by $4.76 the hourly rate for armed guards to $26.00 per hour.
c. Bid contract between the City and Sweeping Corporation of America, LLC for supplemental mechanical street sweepers and operators for Mardi Gras and special event clean-up, for a three-year term  with hourly rates totaling $1,865.00 per hour.
d. Bid contract between the City and Ramelli Janitorial Service Inc. for supplemental labor for Mardi Gras and special event clean-up, for a three-year term with hourly rates totaling $2,856.96 per hour.
e. Professional Services Agreement between the City and Henry Consulting, LLC for sanitation services in Service Area 5 (French Quarter and Downtown Development District), for a five-year term with the total maximum amount payable of $73,271,627.46.
