a.           Amendment No. 2 to the professional services agreement between the City and 22nd Century Technologies for staff augmentation services for the City’s enterprise information technology infrastructure and special projects, to extend the term through December 31, 2026, to increase by $3,105,600 the maximum amount payable to $16,605,600, and to require additional invoicing obligations. 
 
b.           Amendment No. 4 to the professional services agreement between the City and American Traffic Solutions, Inc. for traffic safety program management, to extend the term through December 31, 2025, and to provide for the purchase of 40 beacons; maximum amount payable remains $7,000,000.
 
c.            Professional services agreement between the City and Renascent Inc. for the abatement of unsafe conditions at Plaza Tower, 1001 Howard Avenue with a term of one year and maximum aggregate amount of $2,751,000.
