3. Resolution – Gas Sale UD-24-01 
   The committee will consider a resolution granting modified approval of the application of Entergy New Orleans, LLC (“ENO”) and Delta States Utilities NO, LLC for the sale of ENO’s gas utility facilities.
    
4. Presentation – ENO Reliability Plan 
   ENO will present on its current and future efforts to improve distribution system reliability.
    
5. Resolution – Emissions-Free Super Bowl
   The committee will consider a resolution to approve ENO’s request for approval of short-term energy purchase agreements to ensure an emissions-free Super Bowl weekend.
    
6. Motions – 2025 Utility Regulatory Contracts 
   ​The committee will consider motions appointing the following as advisors and administrative hearing officers for utility regulatory matters.
