2. Approval of the minutes of the December 2, 2024 meeting
3. Contracts for recommendation for approval and execution per Council Rule 57: 
a. Amendment No. 9 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City (Office of Cultural Economy) and New Orleans Convention Company, Inc. for event management consulting services to extend the term through October 14, 2025 and to increase the maximum compensation to $3,456,417
b. Amendment No. 4 to the Service Agreement between the City (Office of Information Technology and Innovation) and AT&T Corp. for telecommunication services to extend the term through July 30, 2025 and to increase the maximum compensation to $2,250,000
c. Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City (Office of Information Technology and Innovation) and Global Solutions Group, Inc. for cybersecurity, technology, and enterprise services and products to extend the term through September 1, 2025 and to increase the maximum compensation to $5,406,000
d. Act of Leasehold Mortgage, Pledge of Leases and Rents and Security Agreement between the City (Office of Community Development) and Grove Place 2, LLC for $2,000,000 in general obligation bond financing to develop affordable housing rental units in the City
e. Grant Agreement between the United States Department of Transportation and the City (Public Works Department) for the Connecting New Orleans East for Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety and Mobility Project through the Neighborhood Access and Equity Program for five year term and $61,544,718 in funds covering 100% of the project’s cost.  Presenters: Greg Nichols, Office of Resilience and Sustainability; Daniel Jatres, Office of Resilience and Sustainability; and Jennifer Ruley, Public Works Department 
4. Discussion to address security measures, including all barriers available to limit roadway and sidewalk access, in the wake of the recent terrorist attack.  Representatives from DPW and NOPD to present.
