a. Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the City and Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office for supplemental law enforcement for Mardi Gras 2025 for a maximum amount of $3,681,667.
b. Professional Services Agreement between the City and S.R. Williams Consulting, LLC for legal services for the Office of Independent Police Monitor for a term of one year and a maximum amount of $15,000.
c. Amendment No. 4 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City and Crouch Law, LLC for investigation review services for the Office of Independent Police Monitor, to extend the term for one year for an amount not to exceed $37,500.
