4. Discussion of Lincoln Beach. Presenters: Representatives of DPW 
5. Contracts for Council approval and execution per Council Rule 57:
a. Amendment No. 6 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City and Digital Engineering & Imaging, Inc. regarding the Lincoln Beach redevelopment site assessment, to increase compensation for additional services needed for the project, and to extend the terms for one year.
b. 2nd Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement between the City and CDM Smith, Inc. for project management services for the City's infrastructure program to extend the term three years and increase the maximum amount payable to $12,343,387.36.
