a. Professional Services Agreement between the City and ECS Southeast, LLC (RFP No. 4095) for on-call construction material testing services for the National Disaster Resilience Competition Grant Construction Program through September 30, 2029, with a maximum compensation amount of $2,000,000.
b. Amendment No. 8 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City and Professional Account Management, LLC for curbside management and enforcement (parking ticket processing), to extend the term one year.
c. Amendment No. 7 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City and SP Plus LLC for curbside management and enforcement (meter operations), to extend the term one year.
4. The Water Collaborative and The Water Justice Fund presents: City Solutions for a Community-Built Stormwater Fee in Orleans Parish.  Presenters: Jessica Dandridge-Smith, Executive Director; Rebecca Malpass, Policy & Research Director; and Joey Algier, Narrative Strategy & Education Manager
