5. Contracts per Council Rule 57 – For Discussion and Vote
a. 22nd Century Tech - Third amendment to professional services agreement between the City and 22nd Century Technologies, Inc. for staff augmentation services for the Office of Information Technology and Innovation, to extend the term six months and increase the maximum amount payable by $2,734,000.
b. Lafitte 2017 - HOME Program agreements between the City and Lafitte 2017, LLC for the use of City GO Bond Funds to supply affordable housing in the Treme area.
c. ESRI - Fourth amendment to the license agreement between the City and Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. for GIS and mapping software, to extend the term for an additional year and to increase maximum compensation by $280,000.
