3. Presentation – Delta States Utilities
   Delta States Utilities (DSU) will present on the upcoming transition to gas utility service provider.
    
4. Resolution – Community Solar
   The committee will consider a resolution to revise the community solar rules and establish a procedural schedule for consolidated billing. (UD-18-03)
    
5. Ordinance – EV Charging
   The committee will consider an ordinance to correct the language in the code of ordinances that prohibits the installation of level 2 electric vehicle charging stations in the public right-of-way.
    
6. Ordinance – Benchmarking
   The committee will consider an ordinance to require large building owners (20,000sf or more) to measure and annually submit their property’s energy use metrics to the city.
