3. SNAP Application Assistance Motion. Brief: A motion authorizing a memorandum of understanding between the City of New Orleans, Health Department, and Louisiana Department of Child and Family Services for the Health Department to become a community member at the GOLD level providing application assistance for SNAP and other public assistance programs to the general public at designated City sites, for a period of 5 years, with no funds expended. Presenter: Dr. Jennifer Avegno, Director of the New Orleans Department of Health 

4. Firehouse City HOME Contract Motion. Brief: A motion providing GAP financing in the amount of $600,000 to People’s Housing+ for the redevelopment of the Louisiana Avenue Firehouse. Presenter: David Meunier, Housing Specialist for the Office of Community Development 

5. Reducing Street Homelessness Updates. Presenters: Mandy Chapman Semple, Managing Partner at Clutch Consulting

6. Mobile Crisis Intervention Unit (MCIU)- Two Year Anniversary Updates. Presenters: Benjamin Winger, MCIU Program Coordinator for the New Orleans Health Department; Jade Kobayashi, Ph.D., MCIU Community Advisory Board President; Kathryn Burkenstock, MCIU Community Advisory Board Secretary
