a. Amendment No. 10 to Professional Services Agreement with HNTB Corporation for professional engineering design, construction administration, and resident inspection services for four Public Works Department projects (DPW 572 – Marconi Dr. (City Park Ave. – I-610); DPW 573 – MLK, Jr. Blvd. (St. Charles Ave. – S. Claiborne Ave.); DPW 574 – Morrison Rd. I (Mayo Ave. – Read Blvd.); DPW 575 – Morrison Rd. I; (Read Blvd. – Bullard Ave.); DPW 640 – Morrison Rd. Brdgs.) to extend the term one year and reduce maximum compensation payable.
b. Amendment No. 3 to Professional Services Agreement with Legacy Professional Services, LLC for street light system management services to extend the term 60 days.
4. Streetlight Outages – Department of Public Works to discuss ongoing issue of streetlights outages, including in neighborhoods and along interstates
