3. Resolution – Chapter 158 Clarification 
   The committee will consider a resolution to amend the procedural schedule for docket UD-25-01 to expressly permit comments on the Utility Resource Manual.
    
4. Resolution – Renewable and Clean Portfolio Standards (RCPS) 
   Entergy will present a Compliance Demonstration Report regarding the achievements of the RCPS goals for the prior and upcoming calendar year. UD-19-01 
    
5. Resolution – Renewable and Clean Portfolio Standards (RCPS) Compliance Plan 
   The committee will consider a resolution to establish a procedural schedule for an Energy New Orleans RCPS Compliance Plan for years 2026-2028. UD-19-01 
    
6. Consideration of Contracts Per Council Rule 57
   1. Contract between the City and Global Solutions Group, Inc. to provide cybersecurity, technology and enterprise services for an extended term of 12 months and amount not to exceed $6,406,00.00.
   2. Contract between the City and AT&T Enterprises, LLC for data and long-distance telecommunication services for a term of 12 months and amount not to exceed $2,250,000.00.
   3. Contract between the City and Presidio Networked Solutions to provide Cisco network products and related services for a term of 12 months and amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00. (This item will be taken up under suspension)
       
7. Discussion – Council RFQ/P No. CC-25-01 DER Advisor The committee will receive an update on the selection process for a DER advisor. To Present: Erin Spears, CURO Chief of Staff & Counsel
