3. For Consideration – Contracts per Council Rule 57

a. Amendment No. 3 to bid contract with MDL Enterprises, LLC, for skid steer and front-end loaders with operator services, to extend the term one year

b. Professional Services Agreement with Rehrig Pacific Company, for the manufacture, assembly, and delivery of recycling carts and educational recycling kits, with a term of three years and maximum cost of $4.7 million ($3.3 million of which is reimbursable by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency)

c. Rental Agreement with Executive Plaza to provide office space and signage for the New Orleans Health Department WIC Program with a term of two years and cost of $78,876.92

4. Discussion and vote on proposed resolution by Councilmember Green amending District D bond projects approved via R-25-427

5. Discussion on the persistent and growing issue of illegal tire dumping across the city, particularly in New Orleans East. Presenters: representatives from various agencies, including: Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, Department of Sanitation, NOPD 7th District, community advocates, Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, Louisiana State Police, Port Nola, Mosquito, Termite, and Rodent Control, and Bayou Sauvage National Wildlife Refuge
