These Ordinances amend Ordinance Nos. 29735 M.C.S. and 29736 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the Year 2024”, to transfer funds to General Fund to cover shortages incurred during Fiscal Year 2024; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
Description: These Ordinances transfer $6,255,707 from Intergovernmental Revenues (Fund 6699) to the General Fund (Fund 1000).

These Ordinances amend Ordinance Nos. 30139 M.C.S. and 30140 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2025”, to appropriate funds to the New Orleans Police Department for the purchase of equipment and supplies in support of covert operations; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
Description: These Ordinances transfer $25,000 from Intergovernmental Revenues (Fund 6699) to Asset Seizure (Fund 5103) in the Department of Police, 200 – Other Operating.

Description: This Ordinance transfers $40,000 from Private Grants (Fund 4900) in the Office of the Mayor, 100-Personal Services to Private Grants (Fund 4900) in the Office of the Mayor, 200-Other Operating.

This Ordinance amends and re-ordain Ordinance No. 30141 M.C.S., entitled “An Ordinance Providing a Capital Budget for the Year 2025,” to effect the following change to the 2025 Capital Budget: to de-appropriate funds from the Department of Property Management, the Department of Public Works, the New Orleans Police Department, and the Office of Resilience and Sustainability; to appropriate funds to the Chief Administrative Office, the Department of Parks and Parkways, the Department of Property Management, the Department of Public Works, the New Orleans Fire Department; the New Orleans Police Department, the New Orleans Recreation Development Commission, and the Office of Resilience and Sustainability; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
Description: This Ordinance de-appropriates $29,618,817, and appropriates $27,991,618 in various departments, offices, and commissions.

These Ordinances amend Ordinance Nos. 30139 M.C.S. and 30140, as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2025,” to appropriate funds to the New Orleans Health Department for the purpose of reducing alcohol-impaired fatalities and serious injury crashes; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
Description: These Ordinances transfer $91,980 from Intergovernmental Revenues (Fund 6699) to the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission (Fund 4408) in the Health Department, 100-Personal Services ($83,932), and 200-Other Operating ($8,048).
