Motion No. M-25-468 Brief: A motion directing and requesting the Health Department to determine budgetary costs and to develop rules and regulations for the establishment of a New Orleans Healthy Workplace Program that would create workplace standards designed to protect the health of employees, establish a voluntary “Healthy Workplace” certification process for qualifying employers, and provide technical assistance and educational resources for employers to improve implement healthy workplace policies and best practices.
