3. Presentation – Delta Transition
   Delta Utilities will provide an update on services following the gas acquisition.
    
4. Entergy New Orleans Reliability
   a. Presentation – ENO will present on recent outages and reliability investments. 
   b. Resolution – The resolution orders a new review of asset management systems by the utility advisors and an updated report from Quanta Technologies.
    
5. Resolution – Distributed Energy Resources (DER)
   The committee will consider a resolution to establish the expansion of distributed energy resources (DER’s), battery storage, and related facilities. (UD-24-01)
   DEFERAL REQUESTED TO THE CLIMATE CHANGE AND SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE MEETING OF 12/16/25
    
6. Resolution – Hurricane Francine
   The committee will consider a resolution to establish a procedural schedule in respect to Energy New Orleans (ENO) application certification costs related to Hurricane Francine. (UD-25-02)
    
7. Resolution – Entergy New Orleans (ENO) 2025 Financing Authorization
   The committee will consider a resolution for approval of the financing plan to issue new first mortgage bonds, other debt securities, and new preferred securities.
    
8. Resolution – 2024 Integrated Resource Plan
   The resolution accepts ENO's IRP filing as in compliance with the IRP rules.
    
9. Resolution – Energy Smart
   The committee will consider a resolution to approve the implementation plans for Energy Smart Program Years 16-18 (2026-2028). (UD-23-01)
    
10. Resolution – Triennial RCPS Compliance Plan
    The committee will consider a resolution to approve Entergy New Orleans, LLC's Triennial RCPS Compliance Plan covering years 2026-2028. (UD-19-01)
     
11. Motions – 2025 Utility Regulatory Contracts
    The committee will consider motions appointing the following as advisors for utility regulatory matters.
     a.  Legal Advisors - Dentons US LLP
     b. Technical Advisors - Legend Consulting Group
     c. Administrative Hearing Officers - Jeffrey S. Gulin, Calvin Johnson, and Auzenne & Associates.
