3. M-26-XXX – Pursuant to Rule 57, a proposed agreement between the City of New Orleans and OpenGov, Inc.  This amendment will add maintenance payments and allow the city to adopt the OpenGov 311 Module.

4. CAL. NOS.  35,484 and 35,485 – (Introduced June 24, 2026) BY:   COUNCILMEMBERS HARRIS, MORRELL, WILLARD, MCCARRON AND KING (BY REQUEST)  
These Ordinances amend Ordinance Nos. Nos. 30530 M.C.S. and 30531 M.C.S., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2026”, to appropriate Housing Bond Funds to the Office of Housing and Community Development for FY24 and FY25 projects; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.  Description: Transfer $17,034,118 from Intergovernmental Revenues (Fund 6699) to the Housing Bond Fund (Fund 5157) in the Office of Community Development in 200 – Other Operating

5. CAL. NOS. 35,487 and 35,488 – (Introduced June 24, 2026) BY:   COUNCILMEMBER HARRIS (BY REQUEST) 
These Ordinances amend Ordinance Nos. 30530 M.C.S. and 30531 M.C.C., as amended, entitled “An Ordinance Providing an Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the City of New Orleans for the Year 2026”, to appropriate funds to the Health Department for the United Way Rapid Rehousing program to support emergency transitional housing for homeless individuals and reduce street homelessness; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.  Description: Transfer $750,000 from Intergovernmental Revenues (Fund 6699) to the General Fund (Fund 1000) in the Health Department in 200 – Other Operating
