3. Juvenile Justice Intervention Center- Executive Director Dichelle Williams
a. JJIC youth will share lived experiences to inform the Criminal justice Committee’s exploration of the root causes of crime. 
b. Executive Director Williams will discuss successful rehabilitative programming and opportunities to improve outcomes.
4. Contracts per Council Rule 57 – For Discussion and Vote – Amendment No. 2 to a Professional Services Agreement between Ubuntu Village NOLA and the City of New Orleans to extend the term to December 2027 and increase the amount of compensation by $1.2 million.
