   The committee will discuss a resolution directing Entergy New Orleans to implement consolidated billing as part of the community solar program.
    
3. Presentation – Lincoln Beach
   Chief Sustainability Officer Meagan Williams will provide an update on the Lincoln Beach restoration project.
    
4. Presentation – District E Recent Outages
   Representatives from Entergy New Orleans, LLC (ENO) will present on the cause of outages impacting the district in June 2026 and the utility’s plans to prevent future outages.
    
5. Presentation – Tropical Storm Arthur  
   Discussion of the power failure at the Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO) substation during Tropical Storm Arthur.

6. Presentation – New Orleans East Water Service Issues
   Representatives from SWBNO will present on the cause(s) and response to the water service issues in New Orleans East include the water service disruption at the Chateau Carmel Apartments beginning June 25, 2026, and the subsequent water main break on June 27, 2026.
