3. Resolution – Docket UD-25-01
   The committee will consider a resolution to approve changes to Chapter 158 of the Code as well as the service regulations and Utilities Regulatory Manual referenced therein.
    
4. Resolution – CURO Reimbursements
   The committee will consider a resolution to update the Council Utilities Regulatory Office budget and the terms governing reimbursement of regulatory costs from utilities.
    
5. Presentation – SWBNO Water Main Break
   Representatives from the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans will provide an update on the water main break in the Audubon Blvd/Willow St. area.
