  2. Resolution – Community Solar 
    The committee will consider a resolution in response to Madison Energy Investments, Inc.’s Motion to Amend Community Solar Rules. 
     
  3. Ordinance – Utility Assistance Agreement 
    The committee will consider an ordinance to partner with Total Community Action to assist customers with electric and gas arrears as a result of the ongoing economic hardship related to the COVID-19 pandemic. 
     
  4. Presentation – City Vehicle Fleet 
    The Chief Administrative Office will report on the City’s fleet efficiency and fuel economy; to phase out the acquisition of internal combustion vehicles; and mandate a plan for compliance. 
     
  5. Presentation – Lincoln Beach Update 
    The Mayor’s Office of Resilience and Sustainability will provide an update on the progress at Lincoln Beach. 
     
  6. Presentation – Building Performance Standards 
    The Mayor’s Office of Resilience and Sustainability will provide an update on changes to building performance standards to increase energy efficiency. 
     
  7. Presentation – Uptown Air Quality 
    Jefferson, Orleans, and Irish Channel Neighbors (known as JOIN) will present on an ongoing air quality concern for uptown neighborhoods along the river.
