  3. Presentation – SWBNO Multifamily Unit Water Shutoff Strategy 
    SWBNO will explain its plan to disconnect service to multifamily properties where the landlord has failed to make payments. 
     
  4. Ordinance No. 34,113 – SWBNO Billing 
    The committee will consider an ordinance to amend existing procedures related to billing investigations, and appeals and to establish deferred payment arrangements, notice requirements for meter readings, and deadlines to enforce judgments, and to better define the process for appeals to the Council.
