NEW ORLEANS — Today, the New Orleans City Council unanimously passed legislation authored by District 'D' Councilman Eugene Green to increase the fines for graffiti violations. The amended ordinance strengthens the City’s ability to address ongoing property damage and urban blight across neighborhoods.

New Orleans: The City Planning Commission is excited to announce the launch of a comprehensive study focused on transient lodging within our community. This study aims to assess the current landscape of short-term rentals, understand their impact on local neighborhoods, and develop informed policies that promote sustainable growth while preserving the character of our city.
