NEW ORLEANS - District "C" Councilman Freddie King is pleased to announce a community job fair scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, April 30, 2025. The event will take place on the 1200 block of Bienville Street, between Basin and Crozat Streets, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This initiative aims to connect local job seekers with employers from various industries while fostering economic growth within our community.  

"As we continue to navigate the challenges of the post-pandemic economy, it is crucial that we provide our residents with the tools and opportunities they need to thrive," said Councilman King. "This job fair is a step toward ensuring that our community members have access to meaningful employment and the resources necessary to succeed in their careers."  

The job fair will feature a diverse range of employers actively seeking candidates for immediate job openings, including positions in healthcare, hospitality, education, and technology. 

"We invite everyone in the community to come out, meet with potential employers, and take advantage of the resources available at this event," added Councilman King. "Together, we can build a stronger and more resilient workforce in New Orleans."
