NEW ORLEANS - To support residents and families this holiday season, Councilmember Donna Glapion is teaming up with Zulu Social Aid & Pleasure Club, the Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (NOHSEP) and the Office of LaToya Cantrell to host a free mask and supplies giveaway on Wednesday, December 29, at 11:30 AM at Zulu Social Aid & Pleasure Club.
